1. Software, Web, and Mobile App Services

  • All digital services and software development projects are customized for each client.
  • Refunds are not available once the project or service work has started.
  • If a service is not delivered as agreed, please contact us at Rba25262526@gmail.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

2. E-Commerce Products

  • Physical products purchased from our online store can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and in saleable condition.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds for physical products will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is defective or wrong.

4. Cancellations

  • Orders for physical products can be canceled before shipment.
  • For digital services or software, cancellations are only accepted before work begins.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If a product is delivered damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or evidence.
  • We will either replace the product or provide a full refund at no additional cost.
